Meet Chanelle
Chanelle founded Core People Solutions with one simple idea: HR should make running your business easier, not harder.
After years of working in HR, she knew there was a better way to support businesses, one that felt more personal, practical and focused on finding a solution rather than making things more complicated.
CIPD-qualified and experienced in everything from everyday people matters to the situations where you are not sure what to do next, Chanelle works alongside business owners to take the pressure off. Whether it is a difficult employee situation, getting the right processes in place, or having someone to sense-check a decision, there is a way forward.
Chanelle leads Core People Solutions, and she does not do it alone. A wider team keeps things moving behind the scenes, from HR admin and documentation to ongoing support. Clients get the personal service of a small consultancy, with a team behind them when they need it.
